  • Room rates typically include accommodation, breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner, and access to resort amenities. Please check your booking confirmation for specific inclusions.

  • You can easily make a reservation by using our online booking system on our website or by contacting our reservations team via phone or email.

  • In the event that a booking needs to be modified, amended, or rescheduled, please inform the Sabangan office at least 10 days before your arrival date. There is a rebooking fee of PHP 1,500 for this service. You can reschedule your booking within 6 months from your original arrival date, depending on room availability. However, this does not apply during certain peak periods: December 24, 25, and 31, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday.

    No re-booking fee will be charged by reason of typhoons, or natural calamities. By reason of COVID positive results, proof via antigen test with a photo of a government-issued ID, or RT-PCR test will be required.

  • In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled:
    • 0 - 9 days prior to arrival date - 100% of the total payment will be forfeited
    • 10 days and above prior to arrival date - a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment

    In case of a no-show, where you don't arrive for your booking:
    100% of the payment made will be forfeited.
