1. To check on available dates, use the HRMS by selecting your check in, check out time and type of room. You can leave the no. of rooms and currency as is. Click the Next button. If the Description and Price of the Room appears, the room is available. Otherwise, no rooms are available. You can proceed to Book Now.
2. To book a reservation, place your booking online. A window will prompt for your target date and type of room. Full payment is made through credit card. Mastercard/ Visa/JCB/ American express cards are accepted.
3. Present your confirmed booking form and the credit card used to pay online upon arrival at the resort.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received less than 14 day(s) before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 100% of total amount. Failure to arrive at the resort will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 100% of total amount cancellation fee.

Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the resort on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the resort in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.

Credit Card Refunds

All refunds required in the event of cancellations or amendments will be credited to your card within the number of days stated in the policy of the card issuer.
